CyFlare services partners exclusively when it comes to MSSP and SOC. We do offer “emerging technologies" direct to customers which are generally bleeding edge security technologies and most VAR’s do not sell it. This can be resold by the incumbent VAR’s for added revenue opportunities. This model is meant to be very complimentary and non-competitive with our channel partners.
Being built to serve partners, we do not compete with our VAR’s because we do not call into customer accounts or accept direct customer business. Customers interested in SOC services would be directed to the channel to procure MSSP or SOC services.
At CyFlare we have a “No client left behind" approach and have priced our services accordingly. We have multiple packages available that generally align with the number of network and log sending devices within the client environment. Custom quotes can be provided per client account to fit within budget and contractual requirements.
