How do I become a CyFlare Partner and Resell MSSP or SOC Services?

Does CyFlare work directly with customers?

CyFlare services partners exclusively when it comes to MSSP and SOC.  We do offer “emerging technologies" direct to customers which are generally bleeding edge security technologies and most VAR’s do not sell it. This can be resold by the incumbent VAR’s for added revenue opportunities. This model is meant to be very complimentary and non-competitive with our channel partners.

Does CyFlare compete with its VAR partners?

Being built to serve partners, we do not compete with our VAR’s because we do not call into customer accounts or accept direct customer business.  Customers interested in SOC services would be directed to the channel to procure MSSP or SOC services.

How much does the CyFlare SOC cost for partners?

SOC services start at just $500 per month. We have multiple packages available that generally align with the number of devices within the customers environment. Custom quotes can be provided and terms negotiated per customer account to fit within budget and contractual requirements.

How does CyFlare enable its partners?

CyFlare provides partners with:

  • Cobranded Datasheets for SOC and MSSP
  • Pre-Sales call support
  • Proposal development
  • Virtual sales training

What services can be white labeled for partners?

Generally speaking the CyFlare MSSP and SOC services can be white labeled if required.

How quickly can evaluations of AlienVault and the CyFlare SOC begin?

We would request 2 business days notice to do a customer discovery call.  The POC can begin within 5 business days from the completion of that call.

Can CyFlare help with customers who have AlienVault already deployed?

Yes, it is straight forward and possible to bring existing AlienVault deployments into the CyFlare SOC.

Will CyFlare help me and my sales teams on pre-sales calls?

We provide technical resources for pre-sales call support and proposal development. Please provide at least 2 business days notice when making your request with your assigned Partner Manager.

Will CyFlare assist us with AlienVault demos to potential customers?

Yes, CyFlare will provide remote engineering resources to assist in the deployment and management of the POC.
